We are so confident with our products that we are offering 100%, 30 day, Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee. If within 30 days from receipt of your Cuddle Me Beach Coat you do not believe this product to be fabulous, return to us (at your expense) whether worn, used or washed, for a full product refund (excluding the postage charge). Please contact us before sending item back and include a note explaining your dis-satisfaction so that we can continually improve. Satisfaction guarantee is for refund only to your credit card.

All items are made by us to the highest standards and are checked for quality control during each manufacturing process and again before shipping. Therefore any flaws such as thread pulls/runs and pilling will be minimal and as such is the nature of toweling fabric and does not apply to this satisfaction guarantee. Slight shrinkage or fading is to be expected and also does not apply to this satisfaction guarantee.

Returned item must be post marked within 30 days from initial receipt of item.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange within 14 days of receipt of item if returned to us (at your expense) in new original condition with tags attached. No exchanges given if returned item has been worn, washed or damaged. Additional postage costs must be paid before exchanged item is sent. Exchanges can be limited by stock availability. Please contact us before you send something back for exchange.

Delivery
Items that are in stock are sent via Australia Post or Fastway Courier (our choice) within 2 business days of receipt of order and payment. Out of stock items will be made and delivered within 2 weeks. Again please ensure you give us your street address not a PO Box.

A full refund will be issued if we cannot post an item within 2 weeks.

Extra stuff
Different computer screens will display colours in the photos differently (and photographer is improving all the time). As such, displayed colours should be used only as a guide and expect some slight differences when receiving your product.

Whilst we endeavour to maintain our website so that it is always current, we reserve the right to make changes without notice.
